Valorz di S. Bernardo di Rabbi, Mas de la Bolp zone.
The mountain house is located at approximately 1,100 metres above sea level, close to the Rabbies stream; the Rabbi Valley is part of the Stelvio National Park, and its landscape is considered the most genuine of the Trentino valleys. The house is very close to the centre of the village where there are shops and other essential services; although it is set in a completely natural environment, it is not totally isolated, and can be reached by cars (access for residents only).
The ski-lifts of the Marilleva/Folgarida/Madonna di Campiglio ski-circuit are only 15 minutes' drive away, and it is also possible to use the ski bus from S. Bernardo di Rabbi.
The freestanding mountain house was completely restructured in 1997, maintaining the original characteristics over the whole floor area of 160 square metres, divided between four levels:
? the ground floor has a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with shower, laundry, washing machine and store room;
? the first floor has a living room with direct access to the meadow;
? the second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a balcony;
? the standard-height attic has a large space that can be personalized, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Behind the house there is a meadow and a small wood covering a total of 700 square metres. The house is sold completely furnished, fitted kitchen in solid wood, fitted with dishwasher and essential domestic appliances. Powerful wood stove, fitted wall cupboards. The living room has two settees that can be made into a bed, and an extra stove. The heating system uses gas (gas tank underground in the front meadow. Floors (except the bathroom) in Austrian larch.
