We are in the municipality of Magliano in Toscana, a few kilometers from the Argentario sea and a short distance from the capital of Grosseto. The land covers a total area of about seventy hectares, consisting of about sixty-two hectares of arable land , about two hectares of olive grove with about 300 trees in production and about nine hectares of woodland. The flagship of the farm, is the beautiful farmhouse, completely renovated and located in a dominant position, with a 360-degree view , of the surrounding hills. The total area of the property, about 400 square meters, is spread over two levels , in addition to the attic and consists of large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry, on the ground floor.
