Sempre dalla sala da pranzo, attualmente, salendo dei gradini, c'è l'accesso per entrare nell'ingresso che porta agli altri due appartamenti e sempre da questa sala, sulla destra si va in altre due stanze, da adibire secondo le varie esigenze, dove si trova anche il secondo bagno del piano terra. Ancora da questa sala, per mezzo di una scala in ferro e legno, si sale al piano di sopra dove ci sono 3 camere da letto, una molto grande, che salendo degli scalini, dà accesso ad una stanza adiacente che ha come particolarità quella di avere una finestra che affaccia nella Chiesa.
